Continued from Bringing Down The House: Part 1:

Zoey opens her eyes and comes to, realizing she's now tied up to a chair and put ina really rough situation. That nasty rival of hers Tilly McReese has gotten the jump on her and has her all tied up and helpless in this house that was supposed to be Zoey's to sell. Now Tilly comes around and starts to trash talk, slap and wrestle Zoey around even though Zoey can't defend herself being tied up like this.

Tilly wants a fair fight though and agrees to untie her as long as they can both fight it out to see who really has the power to be the head realtor of this house! The two of them grab at each other's hair and wrestle and fight around the living room, from the couch, to the chairs, and even the floor.

Zoey is actually doing quite well for herself and is able to subdue Tilly in the end, cutting and restricting Tilly's fight down with a powerful side scissors. Her clothes in tatters, Zoey grabs her clothes that were ripped off and tells Tilly to leave since this is her house to sell now!
