Description

Hello underwater friends!

I will comment on this clip in more detail. I think it's needed. When you see it, we'll think I'm really not normal.

I've gone underwater a total of 7 times.

1) The first dive is always the shortest because the body's diving reflex is not activated. Holding your breath is difficult. My first breath hold lasted 2:05. I moved minimally. Underwater, I cleaned my foggy mask.
2) The mask quickly fogged up again. I was annoyed. So I rinsed the mask with water earlier than before, and then I was underwater in the exhale. 1:15
3) I didn't want to just hold my breath underwater. I wanted to do something crazy. I thought I'd try putting my foot behind my head. Of course I couldn't do it and started laughing. I love to laugh, but underwater is always a problem for me. When I laugh, my mask immediately fills up with water. It push me to surface at 0:32.
4) I said to myself, "OK, Nyx. This isn't gonna work. You have to be reasonable. Try, like, normal stretching. The hold was 0:58.
5) 0:55 I continued stretching. This exercise should be done if you are diving with the NO FINS technique.)
6) 0:52 I always do this stretching exercise before diving deep. This was my first time doing it underwater. On land I do it while holding my breath. The exercise is irritating to cough. (You can see it even underwater.) If you are interested in more detailed information, look up articles on squeeze. You might also find the videos interesting. I can't explain it here. I would have to use a forbidden word.
7) Finally, the impossible was attempted again. I'm not 100% good at putting my foot behind my head, but I'm wonderful at laughing and fogging up my mask. 0:44

Have a good time. Laughter heals and prolongs life.

Nyx
