She threatens him with punishment if he gets any pee off of the pad.  She then teases him by taking off her high heel shoes she's been wearing all day and tells him since he appears to have behaved he can sniff the inside of her heels and her sweaty stocking feet as a reward.  She also tells him that he will have to spend time in the cage with a sheet over it while she is in their bedroom with a real man!  After she feels he has had enough time sniffing her shoes, she informs him that she will be taking him for a walk outside and he better get used to it as more public walks will be in store.
