Sandra meets up with her favorite Step Cousin Star Nine in a hotel. Star is very open minded, so Sandra is sure that it's safe to tell her her secrets. At first Star is really thrilled and wants to see more about Sandra's love of bondage. Sandra has some rope and a ballgag handy and Star insists on tying up her crossdressing step cousin.

Sandra says some things that are a little too revealing though and Star quickly straps in the ballgag to keep Sandra quiet, then after struggling for a minute she adds vetwrap over the gag and a strict posture collar.

Sandra is in heaven and can't believe that Star has agreed to tie her up like this. But then Star shares some of her troubles paying off her student loans and asks rhetorically how Sandra's family would feel if they were to find out that their "step-son" was really a crossdresser. Sandra can't tell if Star is just teasing her or if she should be worried.

Finally Star says she needs to go out and see her friend Jess and that Sandra should just stay there and think about what they talked about. Maybe she'll be able to help Star with all those loans after all!
