I feel the sea gently splashing against my feet. I'm dreaming of lying on a gorgeous tropical beach with the sun warming my cheeks. The sea crashes over my face making me instantly jolt awake. I'm not in paradise anymore.

Where am I and how did I get here? Hands tied to my frog tied legs I struggle to get free. I'm dazzed, confused and scared at the incoming tide. My head hurts and I'm in my wetsuit, soaking wet and squealing. I have a ball gag in my mouth preventing me from screaming for help. With the tide coming in, its only a matter of time before I am washed off the rock and into the sea.

I eventually break out of the ties and rip off my gag, trying to get to safety but it’s a tricky path through sharp rocks, seaweed and waves coming in.
