Back to partly sunny Spain and I'm back in the freezing pool in a sexy shortie wetsuit, cute pink fins and a split screen dive mask. I've been doing lots of above surface dive mask filling but now I want to practice underwater.

 

Back dropping rather clumsily into the freezing water, I go under and fill up the dive mask. Blowing lots of bubbles from my nose I can get a lot of water out but not all of it. My half filled mask is sploshing about in my eyes. A few attempts though and I think I'm getting better.

 

Next I try my favorite oval dive mask which proved pretty awesome to fill up above water. It holds so much water so takes bigger breaths to clear. You can see the bubbles clearly on the inside of this mask.
