The female offender has arrived at the borstal institution for processing and punishment by Miss Scarlet

A borstal was a UK reformatory detention centre run by the prison service for delinquents.

The offender is first told to sit for her head shaving. Picking up the electric clippers, Miss Scarlet roughly grabs clumps of her offenders shoulders length hair and runs the clippers through it until it has all come off in her hand. Miss Scarlet lets the shaved hair drop to the floor around the offenders feet. "This is how your hair will stay while you are an inmate here. Get used to it" the offender is coldly told.

Once full shaved, the offender it instructed to stand by the punishment desk and lower her leggings and underwear for a bare bottom punishment, first the strap and followed by the cane.

The offender lies over the desk and holds onto the legs of the desk until their punishment is complete, with multiple hard, painful strokes of the brown leather strap reddening and bruising her cheeks.

Next, Miss Scarlet takes her cane and gives the offender 26 hard cuts of the cane until it is striped to her satisfaction.

Miss Scarlet instructs the offender to stand and collect her own hair that is lying on the floor, made even more humiliating as her underwear is to remain down with her sore and painful bottom on display.
