I’ve been dreaming this idea up for a very long time - an extreme, insatiable, and uncomfortable day of maximal gluttony to celebrate my 28th birthday. It all began back in January of this year when I started implementing weekly capacity training stuffing days into my routine. Since then, every Sunday I would do a huge stuffing with an increasing amount of calories per week and then gradually tapered off as this special day approached. I have spent hours curating the perfect menu - the optimal balance of my favorite foods with liquid calories.
The goal? To consume a whopping 28,000 calories on my 28th birthday (ideally within 24 hours). 16 hours of filming and stuffing and I consumed more than imagined I would. By the time you reach part 3, you will be in for the hottest little surprise and discover that I actually blew past the 28,000 calories.
This saga is a LOT, just like my gut. It will be delivered in 3 parts.

I sit down and dig in to my first feast - a CHILI’S STUFFING. I fill my empty belly with a massive bacon cheese burger, fries, Texas cheese fries, creamy chicken pasta, garlic bread, a cookie skilled and of course wash it all down with my 6300 calorie shake! I finish almost everything and consumed a total of 12,000 calories in this first round.
By the end of round one, I couldn’t even lift myself to find a comfortable position. My belly was so round and bloated and I start to doubt if I’ll even be able to finish this challenge. I sign off to take a fat nap before tackling round two - the CHEESECAKE FACTORY FRENZY.
