1) you spend the first 3 mins of the custom, tying up Reagan's arms behind her back with one hand, while hand smothering her with the other, with brief/momentary periods she is allowed to speak where she acts like a brat before being silenced again.

4) You then spend the last 4 minutes of the hand smothering her tightly, while playing with her breasts.

In terms of hand smothering, I'd like lots of closeups of Reagan's face, but a very specific hand smothering position, this is super important to me. Tight hand over mouth, one handed, wrapped tightly around her mouth, fingers close together with no gaps between, and her nose visible and squeezed tightly between the base of the thumb and index finger. It should be hard for her to breath ;)
