In my first SMOTHER HERO video, this sub started with an easy 5 minutes of facesitting intervals. For part 2, the total time is only 9 minutes, yet he's entirely worn out by the end! This is why I slowly increase the breath holds from 15 seconds to 60 seconds in increments. This is an intermediate level trainee. Watch the learning curve in this real training session and hold your breath along with the timer to see if you could be a better cushion for me!
