Description

I start off by blowing up a clear 17-inch balloon. Once it was inflated enough, I stuff a 12-inch balloon inside it, then inflate it. Once the 12-inch balloon is inflated enough, I tie it and push it into the balloon, and inflate the big clear one some more. I repeat this process with two more balloons until I have 3 12-inch balloons inside my 17-inch balloon. I inflate the 17-inch until it is just a little over-inflated, then tie it and hug it.
