Reviewing what we saw from part one;

Rachel is secured with clamps around her waist, ankles and wrists behind her back. A chain binds her elbows and also goes up around her shoulders. Another chain is used as a “crotch-rope” and is pulled tight. She's gagged with a toy ball and drooling. Handcuffs are attached to her nipple clamps and they hurt.

Part two starts with Rachel getting a little relief with the handcuffs being removed from her nipple clips, and having her gag removed. Then, however, her torment ramps up by attaching a clip to the chain of the nipple clips and making her hold it in her teeth. So there was some relief, and then not.

The nipple clips are removed along with the clamps on her ankles and she's told to go into the bathroom and look at herself in the mirror. She is quite a sight. She returns to the other room where she's finally released and proudly shows off the marks on her body.

Challenge given, accepted and complete.
