Claire Irons is a real estate agent looking over a property that she got the listing for, but may need some rehabilitation. She enters and starts to look around, but comes upon a bedroll in the corner.

There was a blanket and pillow with some food items lying around. A squatter had obviously taken up residence in the place. The person wasn’t there at the moment. Claire started to make a call to a colleague to see what could be done about it when she was grabbed from behind and, despite her resisting, was tied up right in that corner with all the stuff.

After struggling for a while, she managed to escape and get to her phone to call for help. Then the guy came back and grabbed her again.

Getting rid of this squatter is going to be harder than it looks.
