As mentioned in a previous video, I've got some holiday-gaining goals. I started about two weeks ago and am trying to reach them by the end of the year. With all the holiday feasts, parties, and treats, I think I'll be more than able to! I'm excited to be extra indulgent, adding things like daily gaining shakes to my routine.
