This time, feel free to look at the floor from time to time to purposely step on the bigger pebbles or where there are more pebbles, but still trying to make it look natural and unaware. That will increase the chances of more crushing. I think there will be an increased chance of more action under your boots. In particular, try to deliberately step/walk on pebbles with the heel treads of your boots.
