The invisible man attack

Description

I am are relaxing after a big workout. An invisible man or ghost/spirit that is slightly stronger than me tries to restrain me (not hurt me). I cannot see him and have no idea what is going on. I try to resist and break out while being confused and a bit scared at the same time. I use all of my strength and energy while flexing all of my muscles. I try to talk at the same time while struggling, breathing hard, and moaning. Eventually, I break out of each hold after 30-45 secs of struggling. The intruder tries the following holds on me:

    • hold wrists above my head, making it look like I am doing double biceps flex (good time to "flex" biceps and chest while trying to fight back)
    • police hold with one arm behind the back and one arm on the wall (good time to "flex" back muscles when trying to resist)
    • "full nelson" hold on my neck and both arms (good time to "flex" biceps and abs while trying to escape)
    • I also get a chance to get a hold of him. I get him in a hug (like a most muscular chest "flex")

The intruder eventually gives up and escapes. While flexing, I am proud of myself and tell myself that I am glad I go to the gym. I jokingly tell the intruder he is welcome to try again, and I'll be ready.
