In a foreign country Miss Monaco is investigating. She is in a strange place looking round and investigating strange noises coming from a building. At first all she finds is boxes and boxes of tape… she creeps upstairs calling out and finds a woman bound and gagged on a bed! There is a lot of struggling and gag talk and the frustration builds….

Charlie is hesitant and doesn’t want to help the woman, what if she is the bad guy? A gag talk conversation convinces Miss Monaco eventually pulls the gag down so she can hear the woman’s story. There are bad guys and they will be back! Well, Miss Monaco does not want to be here when they return so she leaves the woman Bound and puts her gag back on but while she plans her escape the woman gets free and grabs Monaco, getting her bound and gagged on the bed! What is going on? What will happen to Charlie Monaco?!
