It's that time of the year again & this is actually your first one here at the new company. I'm thrilled to actually conduct this meeting with you because you have been such an incredible asset to the company since your arrival so I have lots to boast about with you. you shouldn't be surprised, you work extremely long hours & the entire office staff is in love with your gleeful energy.

However, there is one thing I want to be sure I address with you before we end this meeting. I'm certain you must know what it is that I am going to bring up but at the same time you just might be oblivious. I've received a few formal notes from your colleagues and the women have had to pull Me to the side on a number of occasions.

I mean I can't believe you're this brave to bring this into the workplace, but I guess I shouldn't be too surprised as well. Hmm, well guess what? I am just going to have to take advantage of you during this meeting now and lay out how things are going to proceed once we are done here.

I only want what's best for you as your boss.
