ENGLISH SPEAKING.

I have had a personal trainer following me for some time. I have to be in super shape all the time, and I have to say I am. But after a two hour training session, in which I gave it my all, it really pisses me off. He says I need to work harder, do more arm and leg exercises, and lose weight. I can't see anymore with anger. Well, do you want me to train more? I will but about him. I stop him at the cross of Sant'Andrea, I tie the balls to him with an elastic band to keep them in place, and I use them as punching balls for punching with my gloves and to fill them with kicks. In the end I did exercises for my arms and legs, but he won't be able to do them for a few months, due to his balls.

Da tempo ho un personal trainer che mi segue. Devo essere sempre in superforma, e devo dire che lo sono. Ma dopo una seduta di allenamento di due ore, in cui ho dato il massimo, mi fa veramente arrabbiare. Dice che mi devo impegnare di più, fare più esercizi per braccia e gambe, e che devo dimagrire. Non ci vedo più dalla rabbia. Bene, vuole che mi alleni di più? Lo farò ma su di lui. Lo fermo alla croce di Sant’Andrea, gli lego con l’elastico le palline per tenerle ferme, e le uso come punchingball per cazzotti con i miei guantoni e per riempirle di calci. Alla fine ho fatto esercizi per braccia e gambe, ma lui per qualche mese non ne potrà fare, per le sue palline.
