It's a fabulously beautiful day outside to break the monotony so Fina and Scarlett to decide to hire a personal yoga instructor for a fun backyard workout! Yoga trainer, Acrosuave, has been recommended time and time again but a BUNCH of their friends so Fina and Scarlett are finally giving his famous "sacral stretching" class a try!

The ladies begin their class on a strong note with their warm-ups but quickly realize they both in need of some special attention specifically opening up their hips because they're both extremely tight; luckily Acrosuave has the perfect stretching solution for them both! In order to make sure that both ladies are properly opening up their sacral chakras, Acrosuave shows the ladies one on one various techniques tailored specially for each of their bodies. Through a series of individually different guided positions the ladies hips open wider and wider, stretching their glutes and back in ways they NEVER thought they possibly could!
