2nd Cigarette: increasing multiple drags series including increasing lung holds between drags:
Single 1 sec drag × 1 sec hold
Double drags × 2 sec drag × 2 sec hold ( 2 sec drag × 2 sec hold, then 2 sec drag × 2 sec hold, then exhale all the smoke)
Triple drags × 3 sec drag × 3 sec hold etc.
