Unfortunately for your nanny for the night, you've been so stuffed from overindulging in food and beverages all day that you need to let it out- and there's no one but Jasper to clean it up. Unable to hold off any longer, the squirming in your gut releases and you suddenly blow up and go boom-boom all over the place like an active volcano! The scent that swiftly permeated the entire room shocks and disgusts her. With a completely horrified face, the babysitter looks at you, almost about to passout from choking and getting by the extreme smell. What kind of demon are you to have that excruciatingly foul, stinky boom-boom? The smell of your diaper is so awful, it seeps right past her face mask that she quickly puts on to combat the smell, and into her nostrils. Disgusting!

Opening up your diaper, Jasper's eyes bulge in disbelief as she sees the stinky bomb you let go off. It hasn't even been an hour! You already can't hold it any longer?!

Your nanny might eventually passout if this takes too long, so with a big breathe-in, she goes wrapping your old diaper up as tightly as quickly as she can while holding her breath! Rolling it up, she expertly removes your stenchy old diaper so she can instead replace it with a fresh dry one. A couple of babywipes to clean those delicate buttcheeks of yours, followed by a light dusting of babypowder to prevent moisture buildup and itching! Attempting to keep you happy, your nanny braves the smell as she, horrified, undergoes one of the messiest diaper changes in her experience.

I can't take this anymore, so let's get that new diaper of yours taped and sealed! And since nobody will clean you up the next time you t', you'll have to wait by yourself, hold that stink of yours, till your caregiver gets here. Think you can manage?
