Part 4 continue from part 3 when the girls had to stop fighting cause a phone rang. Sugar Diamond answers the phone and it turns out the girls were super loud. Sugar tells Bianca you got us in trouble with your yelling. Bianca gets offended, and says it was because of your mouth not mine. Sugar then runs to Bianca and starts to put her hand over Bianca mouth. Alexis claims we must end this match and declare a winner. She also states since we can’t be loud let’s do a quiet nude arm wrestling match. Bianca and Sugar get on the ground and start to arm wrestle to see who is the strongest, but Bianca who is still sour from the results of the match begins to attack Sugar. Alexis then breaks up the new fight and suggest they have a quiet competitive nude wrestling match instead. Sugar then grabs Bianca and puts her breast in Bianca face, which causes her to tap out. Bianca then starts punching Sugar and Alexis grabs both women by the hair, and says I need you ladies to wrestle. They then reset and start to wrestle but the catfight continues. Bianca the puts Sugar in a rear naked choke then begins to punch her. Sugar then throws her on the ground on her butt which causes a butt cramp. Sugar then stop to help massage Bianca cramp. After the cramp goes away the ladies reset  and start the wrestling match again; But they start slapping each other and Alexis yells no slapping. Bianca becomes even more aggressive and starts to punch Sugar and headbutt her abdomen. Sugar then traps Bianca in between her thighs and start to squeeze. Bianca is not allowing another tap out and begins to punch Sugar in her side. Next the ladies start to throw punches at each others abdomen which then leads into Bianca putting a tight bearhug on Sugar. Sugar then tap outs from the pressure of the strong muscular arms of Bianca. Sugar who is now disappointed grabs Bianca hands and bites it which causes Bianca to bite Surgar back.
