High heels trampling and foot gagging
For a custom video I made my slave experience high heels trampling for the first time. He was very scared and indeed he suffered a lot for that, while I enjoyed his struggling. I then made him clean my high heels with his toungue and pushed the heel of my shoes in his mouth and throat to make him gag.
After this I took off my shoes and foot gagged him properly in different positions, making him vomit a lot with my big long feet.
