I am camping on a tropical deserted island in Central America with not much more than my jungle hammock, a bikini, and my video camera. This island is a 4 hour boat ride from any inhabited place! I am left to watch over camp for the day while my group goes out fishing. With the beautiful island scenery and soothing sounds of crashing ocean waves I cannot resist doing a yoga routine and bringing it to you! I start off with standing poses, and then bare the not so soft crushed shell and rock sand to bring you some of my eka pada or one foot behind head poses.
