Ruth went out trick or treating and ended up knocking on Ogre's door. He of course saw this treat as trying to turn a trick so she got pulled into his basement. A boxtie secures her arms behind her back and her boots and knees are bound tightly together. A rope secures a mouth stuffing and is anchored overhead. Ogre comes over and tightens it, her to stand on tiptoe to keep from dislocating her own jaw. She struggles with this position.
Of course that's still not enough so her incredible tits are pulled out. The real treat! Ogre wraps them in untreated jute line, binding them until they are purple. She teeters on her toes, her legs tiring quickly. This the cloth tighter and the rope even tighter around her poor tormented face.
