Description
Kobe and Jacquelyn are rival spies in online espionage and Kobe is in possession of information stored on a usb stick worth a lot of money on the dark web.  Jacquelyn has become aware that Kobe has the information and is after her. 
Part One:  Kobe has just gotten home and is dressed in business attire and is taking off her heels when Jacquelyn enters.  JV orders KL to strip down to her underwear and KL complies. Eventually KL is left only in her skimpy bra and panties. JV orders KL spread her legs and put her hands on her head, then she grabs KL's arms and pins them behind her back taping her wrists together. JV then puts KL facing the wall standing and wraps the pantyhose around KL's neck, tugging it. 
Part 2: KL is bound and gagged to a chair with black tape wearing her bra and panties, and after about 4 minutes of struggling JV enters and feels inside the bra of KL and finds the usb stick.  JV taunts KL, grabs the pantyhose and loops it around the neck of KL.  JV walks off with her prize and after another minute of struggling scene ends.
Part 3:
Part 3: JV is at her hideout and on the phone organizing a buyer for the information on the USB.
As soon as she gets off the phone KL appears and tells JV to put the phone down and put her hands on her head, as JV does this JV sarcastically says something like: "let me guess, you are going to make me strip and tie me up and gag me in my underwear as payback? so predictable' KL states that's a 'good idea bitch' and orders JV to strip down to her skimpy bra and panties onscreen. 
 
Part 4: the scene starts with JV now bound and gagged to a pole with rope.  JV is still wearing the bra and panties. KL walks in and retrieves the usb from inside the bra of JV.
Then KL grabs a pair of pantyhose and wraps it round the neck of JV and around the back of the pole tying it off behind the pole. KL states how having pantyhose wrapped around your neck isn't very nice and now satisfied JV is secure leaves to sell the USB. JV struggles for about 4-5 minutes and the movie ends.
