After painting my toenails a gorgeous fluorescent orange, I've realized that the color kind of has a dull finish. It's not shiny like I like it to be. In searching for a clear top coat, all I could find was a gel polish. Gel polish needs to be dried by a special machine. Enjoy staring at my beautiful toes and toenails as I coat them in a clear shiny polish, dry them and then model off the finished product!
