The Scenario:
The movie should start by following Vivian from the house out to the Dodge, getting a pretty close view of her entire backside on the way to the car. She opens the backseat passenger door for the boy and he (cameraman) gets in. He watches her come around the front of the car and hop in. Peering just over the seat, he gets views of her in near entirety plus shots down her leg and hand reaching for the keys. I would like to see Vivian turn the key with her thumb over the top of the ignition switch as it seems to add to the struggle that she's going to have.

She will try for two minutes of cranking, preferably with lots of whinnying/fluttering/sputtering and no running. The next minute should have more of the same, but some poor running and stalling. Finally, she will nurse it down the driveway only to have it stall at the end of the driveway (maybe while waiting for cars to go by). It should take another minute to get it going and get out on the road. I don't know if you can make this happen, but while she's accelerating, if the car could buck and stall, that would be awesome. If not, have it stall rolling up to an intersection. At the end, the car is stalled with Vivian cranking it and only getting it to whinny and not quite catch, telling her step-son that they may have to walk back to the house. Through the video she tells him to "sit back" and "we'll be OK" and other patronizing things that she could ad lib.
