An interview clip addressing my periods and my cramps. I start off fully clothed, take out my navel ring and undress down to my panties in the beginning of the video, with my tampon string showing through my panties. While showing off a little, especially my stomach I address these questions:

1. When was your first period?
2. When did you first start having cramps with your periods?
3. How long do your periods last?
4. How long do your cramps last?
5. What does a cramp feel like?
6. Where does a cramp hurt at?
7. Do you take any medication for your cramps? If so, what?
8. If you do take medication for your cramps, what happens if you don't take anything?
9. How long does one cramp last?
10. How are your cramps different on the first day vs the second day vs the third day?
11. Does anyone else in your family have cramps too?
12. Does anyone else have them as bad as yours?
13. What makes your cramps better (besides medication)?
14. What things make your cramps worse?
15. Do you ever miss work or school because of your cramps?
16. Do your cramps ever get so bad that they make you throw up, or What was the most memorable experience you've ever had because of your cramps?
18. Do you prefer pads or tampons?
19. What can I do for you to help you feel better when you're having cramps? (In other words, show me how to take care of you. . . .)

Each question is answered in detail and at the end I put my clothes back on.
