For 2 minutes repeatedly tilting your head back completely at a quick pace then for another 2 minutes neck pumping action, at a slightly quicker pace, don't tilt all the way back but quick gentle tilting. Repeat the neck exercise and neck pump again but with the camera raised slightly pointing down towards you. Its recommended to take breaks from recording.
