Olivia visits the doctor with complaints of just downright feeling awful. Immediately, the doctor has great news. She has a new weight-loss clinical trial and she would love to have Olivia be a part of it. First, she needs to check Some vitals and see where Olivia is at. Unfortunately, the pressure cuff isn’t big enough for such a massive arm. Olivia‘s arms have gotten so big. The doctor tries numerous times and finally gets a reading. She reminds Olivia that once she gets her weight down- things like this will be a lot easier. Olivia is excited that she’s going to feel better, that’s all she really cares about. Oh, and that she’s going to be making some money from doing this. Dr. Indica starts to explain how the medication should be taken. It should be taken with food. Olivia explains the kind of meals she has like at McDonald’s. She will have five hamburgers, 20 chicken nuggets, fries, a Coke and two apple pies. She really doesn’t want to have to change this too much so the doctor agrees that she can still eat five hamburgers as long as she doesn’t have anything else and takes the pill. Doc sends her on her way and asks to see her back in six weeks.


When Olivia goes back for her six week check up, the doctor is horrified! These were not the results that were supposed to happen. Olivia has gained a massive belly and is extremely pleased with her new body. The doctor could not be more disappointed but Olivia just keeps thanking her while rubbing her belly. Olivia is no longer feeling so bad about her life. She absolutely loves her new body and is wondering how much money she is going to get now. Dr. Indica reminds Olivia that this was supposed to be a weight-loss trial, the pills were supposed to elicit weight LOSS. Olivia reminds doc that she did everything right. Every time she ate - she took a pill. So when she had five hamburgers she took a pill and didn’t have any more food than that. And she would go back to McDonald’s a couple more times and as long as she was taking her pill she figured she could eat. It’s clear that Olivia has gotten dumber the fatter she gets. She clearly did not understand that she was supposed to eat less - not that she was supposed to eat more as long as she took a pill. These kinds of pills are supposed to have an effect on the appetite, to suppress it. However, that is never going to happen for Olivia, she has an appetite that cannot be quieted. Now she just wants to get her money and move on But doctor is not going for that and has to disqualify her from the trial. Still, Olivia is unfazed and happy as she rubs and jiggles her new belly, thanking the doctor again. This weight loss trial has gone wrong! (but not for Olivia ;) )
