The courageous crimefighter Will Justice teams up with a new colleague in the sizeable shape of the beautiful beefcake Duncan Chase, a man just as dedicated to fighting evil as his partner.

Poor Will has had some unfortunate defeats of late but surely he can't lose now, especially as he is teamed up with the strong and powerful bodybuilder Duncan. On this occasion, the two men are after a notorious criminal known only as "The Tickler", who captures unsuspecting men and subjects them to all manner of depravity inside the confines of his private dungeon.

Having tracked down the whereabouts of The Tickler's secret lair, Duncan and Will make their entrance with extreme caution, walking into the diabolical dungeon dressed in matching black leather biker jackets, white polo shirts, skin-tight blue jeans, knee-high black leather riding boots and dark brown leather gauntlets.

Looking around aghast at the collection of depraved instruments of torment in The Tickler's possession, the two men suddenly freeze when they hear footsteps approaching. Deciding to hide in a nearby closet so they can jump out and surprise their foe, Duncan and Will wait patiently for the crafty criminal to arrive.

Alas, the ingenious Tickler has watched the determined do-gooders every move through his network of secret hidden cameras and therefore knows exactly where the leather-clad champions of justice are located. Walking up to the closet, the mischievous miscreant sprays something through the grill at the top of the door and then locks it shut before leaving the trapped duo to their fate...

An hour later, the captured crimefighters awaken to find themselves in very different predicaments but each one just as devilishly desperate as the other. Will has been placed inside a giant upright Chinese Finger Trap, the wide strands of which squeeze into his helpless body as the defeated do-gooder tries to struggle futilely.

Ballgagged, the leathered lad can do nothing but squirm a little as the air is filled with his muffled moans and the sound of his leather jacket rubbing against the tight strands pressing into him. Duncan meanwhile, has been tied down expertly to a padded bench with his booted legs pulled up into the air and secured wide apart with thick, leather straps.

He too can do little but push out his wide, muscular chest in a futile attempt to get free. Looking on, his partner Will, no more than a statue, can do nothing but gaze forlornly as The Tickler makes his entrance and walks calmly up to the bound Duncan.

Straight away, the crazed criminal lives up to his name and begins tormenting poor Duncan by running his fingers all over his bound body, occasionally lifting his polo shirt and fondling the beefcake's muscular physique underneath. The helpless hero laughs uncontrollably as the terrible tickle torment continues with his partner Will, nothing more than an onlooker as his partner is slowly taken apart second by agonising second...

For it turns out that The Tickler had done his homework and knew that the great Duncan Chase was indeed susceptible to a thorough tickling and thus, set up this terrible trap for the dimwitted duo! Perhaps his new partner could've told Will about his unfortunate weakness before they set foot in the abode of someone who calls himself "The Tickler"?!"

However, it is all too late for the captured crimefighters who are now the helpless playthings of this insane individual. As their terrible tormentor pulls out a vibrator to give Duncan something else to think about, the two men can do nothing but wonder what fiendish fate awaits the pair of them inside this depraved dungeon???
