What do we have here? You're not supposed to be in the library. It's closing time you know? Oh, you're telling me you have to get work done? In order to get work done, you have to agree to wear handcuffs, you know, for security reasons. Those are the rules. I'm the head librarian here and you have to abide by my rules.

I will only let you stay late if you agree to wear these handcuffs. Are you going to agree? Of course you are. Well then, get against the wall, right now! I want to search you, just to make sure you don't have anything extra naughty with you. Now that I have your hands cuffed behind your back, you can get back to work. How you ask? I guess you're going to have to get really creative.

I've just discovered something. After looking up your name, it seems you have some overdue books. That is just not acceptable. Not only do bad boys get handcuffed up, but they get punished. Oh look, I have a proper British Librarian's cane.
