For those of you that were Goddess Trinity fans, here is a clip reminiscent of those days. Nicole decides that she is going to do a couple of cardio pumping exercises interspersed with listening to her heartbeat. First, Nicole does some high knees in place for a minute. She then uses her Cardio III stethoscope, which she actually used when she was in the medical field, and listens to her heart. She then describes how her heart sounds. Nicole then does some jumping jacks for a minute. Again, she listens to heart. She describes how it sounds after 2 different exercises and how it feels as well. Watch Nicole work out and describe her auscultation. Nicole describes her palpitations and tries to show the pulse in her neck.
