in this part 1 segment we have Violet (played by Ronis) who comes home to find a Sparring Dummy mailed to her by an admirer. so, she activates the dummy and sets it to spar with her. Violet starts off with the "beginner session" a mode that is basically a moving target, the dummy doesn't attack and will take a limited beating before taking a knock down. after a while, Violet finds this too easy and chooses "veteran mode" which allows the dummy to do attacks to stimulate evasive techniques for the human. Violet gets readjusted receiving some blows but manages to cause enough hits to trigger a knockdown again. Violet curious on trying to better herself, activates "expert mode" in which now the dummy will throw various combinations as well as do some evasion and counter attacks. expert mode dummy has a higher stamina and can absorb more hits. this proves too much for Violet has she gets rocked and rolled onto the mat. Violet gets up and forfeits to the dummy, saying she had enough for tonight and shuts it down for another day to practice.

part 2 haves Violet going to have another night working with the Sparring Dummy, but we see the dummy moving on its own free will being sentient ?! upon hearing noise the dummy assumes the power down mode and awaits Violet. she comes by and activates "light sparring", a mode where the tempo isn't serious to hurt but throwing some combos at each other. Violet soon gets some good shots in on the dummy and knocks down the dummy but notices the dummy is making sounds. upon closer inspection she discovers the dummy isn't a dummy but a real person pretending to be a dummy! (What a dummy!). having knocked out a real human she captures him and proceeds to feel her wraith of her big ass via face sitting. after a few good moments of sitting on his face making him tap, she allows him to stay and continue sparring with her along with benefits.
