Rapture has worked hard to achieve that physique and flexes her biceps between holds and sometimes during, making sure he realizes who the weaker sexe is. Her muscular thighs completely engulf his head, ready to pop it off if he doesn't tap. At the end, she locks him in a standing headscissor and decides to completely ignore his taps.
