"In this clip you are a billionaire executive, who owns a massive tobacco and cigarette company, you have come to see me your doctor. The clip starts with you walking in and sitting down you light up a cig and then take off your blue jacket. You start telling me how good business is, how you have sold lots of cigs. Then you ask me to listen to your breathing, you tell me your are getting short of breath. I tell you that’s because of smoking. You say you know that, but would I be willing to fit your new lungs. I am confused, then you explain you are a billionaire, who can buy anything even new lungs and you need a surgeon to change them for you. You say you may even have a bit of liposuction at the same time as you are getting a little chubby. To start with I say no, then you say you can pay me what ever I want because of all the money you make off cigs. Eventually I agree, and you say great and light 2 cigs at once and speed smoke them. Saying "may as well give these lungs a good send off"."
