You and Luna have been best friends for years. You're supposed to go on a 10-day business trip but the girl has just been dumped by her boyfriend after years of relationship and you just don't feel like leaving her alone!

A little reluctantly, you decide to go. 10 days later you are back in her room and the scene before your eyes is embarrassing: Luna is still on the bed with the same sheets and wearing the same clothes she was wearing 10 days before, now full of all kinds of stains. How long has it been since she took a shower?
The thing you notice most is her belly, swollen and protruding.

She suggests that you move into her house, where you can help her eat more and more and take care of her when she is so fat that she can't wash anymore. That's what friends are for, right?
