Why is it so long!?

You see all kinds of things in exotic lands but this is something entirely new for Nami. She has popped enough balloons to last her a long time but never something like this one. It even has horns? As she begins blowing she quickly infers that the toy is going to be on the longer side. It's a big question whether the thing can even take its proper shape before bursting: figure balloons are annoying like that. But there is only one way to find out and Nami bravely huffs and puffs, knowing that the balloon can pop any second, making the process thrilling even at the early stages. Much to her surprise, the toy doesn't give in all that easily and gradually it takes on a shape of an... unusual caterpillar? Even though the balloon isn't exactly small you can very easily see Nami's progress continue with each breath, since the balloon is so long. The most exciting part of course is when it fully takes on its intended shape. It should pop right away, right? Surely, it won't just keep stretching and expanding in size...
