Against the wishes of Red Balloon Dispatch, she calls in Purple Balloon girl to watch her pop herself! The general insists that Purple did a terrible job and that she deserves to be popped, Purple begs the General to have mercy but has no authority to deny the General's request.

Red Balloon girl sneaks into the General's office and catches her inflating her own belly and fingering herself as she watches Purple pump herself up bigger and bigger until she explodes! Red is shocked, surely this is a huge ethical on behalf of her boss. Vindicated, Red Balloon Dispatch bursts into the General's office right after Purple pops and fakes an order from Black Balloon Girl - the leader of the entire Balloon Girl militia for Blue General to pop HERSELF to atone for her crimes against balloon girls everywhere.

Blue sees no other alternative than to pop herself - Red watches with satisfaction as her General pumps herself up bigger and bigger, glitching out right before her belly gets so full of air that she explodes into atoms.
