The mouthy English patient finds himself in a pre-dick-ament he did not plan for. Ms Boss has invited Madame Nadine in to be the "Camera man" for this little peccadillo, make comments and just be a general C - U - N - T. Ms Boss in red rubber nurses costume, nylons and high heels, and a barefoot Madame Nadine in wife beater and dungarees. Madame portrayed Her role with gusto!

We begin with smart ass positioned and straight jacketed in quite the "lady way" on the Compound's OBGYN table in the medical room while Ms Boss has fun tormenting his bits first with a clothespin and then with electrical bands. Specialized CBT "(non)handjobs" are discussed with sandpaper gloves, hot creams and Tabasco sauce! She discusses bizarre deals with him. He better win and not request for it to be washed off, or he will earn 500 additional bullwhip strikes tomorrow. (He is at the studio for 2 days). She begins applying the hot cream to his penis. He begins to whine.
