I want you to drink as much water as possible and I'm going to direct you on how much to drink and what exactly you should be doing. I want you to follow my lead and drink all the water, filling your bladder. I also instruct you on what type of pants you should be wearing (light colored) and to make sure you drink as much water as I instruct you to. It's going to be a lot of water I have you chug. I want you to fill that belly of yours and wait on it, like not pee just fill that bladder and wait the time instructed. Then I want you to get in your car and drive around. I want you to feel all that water in your bladder. I'm also going to instruct you to do things that makes you have to pee more; Like poking your belly, doing the pee pee dance and more. Your going to have to explode, you won't be able to hold it in once I have you let it all out in public. How embarassing right?
