Valora is hanging out when her friend Whitney Morgan drops in to say hi. They talk and catch up on what's been going on in their lives when Whitney starts complaining about her neck hurting. Valora tells her about an article she just read about how choking can alleviate neck pain and suggests Whitney try it. Whitney agrees and Valora tries to squeeze just the right parts of her neck. Whitney gasps and gags, as Valora's long fingers and hands squeeze her neck.

Valora suggests that they switch positions so Whitney's laying on her back as Valora chokes her. After Whitney coughs and gags and struggles she admits that it is helping her neck. Valora's a bit curious and wants to try it too so they switch off and Whitney grabs Valora's throat hard as she laying across Whitney's lap. She struggles and kicks as her eyes bulge as Whitney squeezes her neck. Valora wants to try it from behind so Whitney gets behind her and continues to choke her hard.

They both love the feeling of choking each other so the two decide to do each other's necks at the same time! Together they gasp for air as they squeeze each other's necks hard. Both ladies feel so much better after a good choke.
