Whitney Morgan loves to read real life scary stories. We catch her reading one about a woman called "The Phantom Choker". The Phantom loved to choke women with blonde hair, but was never seen again after she fell from a cliff. Whitney brushes it off as nonsense and decides to take a nap. While she's napping she dreams of The Phantom Choker stalking her in the woods. She grips her neck in her rest as she tosses and turns. Little does she know that The Phantom Choker has made her way from Whitney's dreams to reality.

The Phantom Choker, Goddess Valora, slowly creeps over Whitney's napping body and inspects her neck before grabbing it tightly. Whitney awakes, terrified as The Phantom Choker sits on her chest and squeezes her neck. She struggles and gags and after a while she's able to get The Phantom off of her. She tries to escape the room, but with no luck she's trapped with the evil spirit.

The Phantom Choker tells Whitney she wants revenge. Whitney pleads, but the Phantom is set on Whitney. She grabs her neck again, choking her. Whitney fights, but eventually she gets KO'd. The Phantom Choker throws her body on the bed. She climbs on top on Whitney and squeezes her neck. The Phantom disappears and Whitney comes to. She thinks it was all a bad dream then The Phantom strikes again! Her hands back on Whitney's neck. She shakes Whitney's neck from the front and back until Whitney loses the battle and gets KO'd. The Phantom Choker then grabs her own neck, KO's herself and rests next to Whitney.
