This clip is the prequel to the "road to addiction" interview series. I talk about the psychological stages of my smoking story. This has led me from smoking 1 or 2 cigarettes a day up to my current 3 -4 packs.

I start with curiosity when I was young fascinated by the cigarette. I look at the forbidden side of smoking, which is so attractive to a teenager (especially this one!)

I talk about being rebellious, living independently and doing what I want.

I move onto a discussion on relaxation, emotional support and controlling stress. And I also mention how discovering the smoking fetish has led me to smoke even more.
