I warm up for my workout in front of the mirror. In short shorts and a sports top, I shake my strong muscles and enjoy myself. A nice black sports watch is on hand. My body is strong and powerful and my muscles are pronounced. I don't notice that someone is secretly watching me all the time, and is slowly approaching me from behind. When I realize that I am in danger, it is already too late. Someone attacked me and the next thing I am aware of is waking up in an unknown space, tied with cables to a chair. My hands are tied, each to one side of the chair. My legs are also tied to the legs of the chair. The black cables hold me firmly in place. I'm starting to panic because I don't know what's going on. I desperately want to break free, but the cables are very tightened and they cut into my skin as I strain to break them. I'm struggling. My muscles swell and pump but the cables are too resistant. I pull with all my strength but every movement hurts me. I'm breathing heavily. Then I realise that I know who captured me and that I have been to this apartment once before. That makes me so angry and I fight even harder. I notice that my attacker left the mobile phone so close to my fingertips. But out of reach. In desperation, I try my best to reach it. It's my only chance. I am so angry, scared, frustrated, and in pain.
