As I continue, I can feel the burn in my muscles, and my pace starts to slow down, but I refuse to give up. The effort of the exercise is evident on my face, with determination etched on my features. Toward the end of the video, my arms are visibly shaking as I struggle to maintain proper form, but I push through, refusing to give up.
