(Level: Intermediate) 

This short workout is designed for anyone who has a good level of fitness already, and is looking to explore new ways to exercise. We will use some familiar moves to anyone who has taken a fitness class- bicycles and planks, to name a few- while adding in some techniques from breakdancing- two step and six step. The focus will be to never stop moving- in this video I maintain a two step (stepping side to side) when not doing other movements, but this can be modified to suit each viewer's needs. If this routine feels too easy, focus on lengthening the time you take to execute a movement. For example, instead of doing fast bicycles, take a few seconds to complete each movement while maintaining core activation.
